Booking Information If you intend to book a trip with us, you will find everything will go smoothly if you contact as many references as you like to get a feel for the trip you’re looking forward to. Then contact us to discuss dates, camps, and any further concerns. All hunts require 50% deposit and the balance due 60 days prior to trip starting day, all payments are non-refundable, but may be applied towards trips at a later date (not to exceed one year). Visa, American Express and MasterCard accepted.

Arrival & Departure Information Missoula, Montana is our main contact point for our guests who are flying. Delta, Northwest, United, and Horizon fly into Missoula. You will need to arrive into Missoula the day before your trip starting day 2:00 p.m. or earlier. If your flight is later than 2:00 p.m., you should fly in two days before your trip-starting day. Should you have a night’s stay in Missoula, we can help make reservations at a hotel in which we have special rates. These hotels will have airport shuttle service, and we will meet you at the hotel the day before your trip start day. Any guest driving can drive right to our base camp (a map will be provided). You should plan to arrive at Paradise base camp by 5:00 p.m. or earlier the day before your trip start day. Meals will be served at Paradise.
